Sonet Refill FAQ
We collect a large amount of empty Sonett containers and they are send back to Sonett in Germany. There, they will be either cleaned and reused or shredded and new containers and bottles are made from the material.
We sell them online (scroll down) and you can come to our shop on Gen. Cronjéstraat 96, Haarlem. We sell them there as well.
Nope, just drop by during opening hours. We’ll help you refill on the spot.
You only pay for the product—no new packaging. Prices are slightly lower compared to pre-bottled Sonett products.

Yes, prices for refills are a bit below the pre-filled bottle. By refilling you’ll save every time. Also good to know: If you buy a litre or more, the price per 100gram is lower, than when you buy less then a litre. For example it costs less to buy a litre of soap than 800gram.
We recommend using original Sonett bottles to avoid confusion or incorrect labeling. But if your bottle is clearly labeled and clean, we can usually make it work.
It’s best not to bring drink bottles to avoid confusion. Soap can look yummy with its apple juice color.
