Job Description
Are you a friendly, open, and enthusiastic individual who loves chatting with people? Do you have a passion for sustainability, second-hand fashion, and reducing waste?
If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team!
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and scan parcels of second-hand clothing from customers with care.
• Ensure proper sorting and alphabetisation of incoming parcels.
• Locate and promptly hand parcels to customers with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Restocking goods in the shop.
• Interact with customers, making their visit to our shop an enjoyable experience and fostering a sense of community among eco-conscious shoppers.
Requirements
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English (preferred but not required).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain confident and calm in potentially challenging situations.
• A commitment to sustainability, second-hand fashion, and zero-waste living.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to stay focused on tasks during busy periods, ensuring efficient service for our customers.
