   I never really gave much thought to the colourful world of lentils but, after reading Molly Wizenberg’s A Homemade Life, I had to give this little beauty a try.

   Very tasty indeed, as promised, and needs no pre-soaking. (This is a huge advantage, as I always think of such necessities way too late.)
