Soup starter for left over veggies


30grams of Soup Starter for 4 Liter of french, indian or arabic soup.

With Soup Starter you can turn your left over veggies into an easy and quickly made soup.

This mix of dried vegetables, herbs and spices doesn’t contain any salt, sugar, yeast, palm oil and e-numbers.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.



With soup starter you’ll turn your left over veggies into a simple, quick and delicious soup in nearly no time.
It’s so easy, anyone can do it.

Simply cut up 500 gram of your left over vegetables, fry, add one table spoon of soup starter mix and some water and let simmer. Add 750ml of boiling water and simmer some more. That’s it already. Your soup is ready.

You could also add some Mini Elbow Macaronis.

How to prepare

Cut up 500 grams of left over veggies, fry, add one tablespoon of Soup Starter and a bit of water.

Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 750ml of boiling water and let simmer for another 5mins.

Serve as is or blended.
