Apply a small amount to wet toothbrush with the spatula that’s included in the box. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, spit out, rinse well. Don’t swallow.
Store at room temperature between 5°C and 25°C.

De smaak vind ik persoonlijk wel erg mild (ik hou van wat frisser), en fluoride in tandpasta heb ik ook niet heel veel op tegen. Je spuugt het toch weer uit en gaatjes laten vullen bij de tandarts geeft óók troep. Maar ieder z’n ding. Ik probeer het zelf in ieder geval een beetje af te wisselen. Het spateltje is even wennen, maar werkt op zich wel.

For extra spicy mint refreshment, they offer this mouthwash. I personally find this lasts really long because only a little sip is needed for a full mouth of swishing and gargling.
